3D Ultrasound
Machine
One of the most recent developments in
ultrasound imaging is the 3D ultrasound machine. These 3D
ultrasound machines are able to take 3D imagery of
anything internal in the human body, so where and
when are they used?
The 3D imaging allows us to get far
superior looks at the organs being examined, so it is
used for the early detection of tumors and cancers, most
commonly in prostate glands, masses in colon and
rectum regions, and also detecting lesions in the
breast.
Providian Medical sells used 3d ultrasound machines as well as refurbished ultrasound probes.

ultrasound machine in a hospital room, and the scanning
'wand' end of it being used to scan a pregnant
abdomen.
For the examination of a fetus, the 3D
ultrasound helps to visualize and assess the development
of the fetus, especially if there appear to be
abnormalities developing in the face or limbs, and
is used to see the blood flow in various
organs in both adult and fetus.
