Ultrasound
Ultrasound is a 'cyclic sound
pressure' created with a frequency that is greater
than the upper limit of human hearing. Ultrasound is used
in many different fields but is typically used to
penetrate a source and measure the reflection of
supply-focused energy.
This reflection shows details of the
inner structure of the source. Most commonly, ultrasound
machines are used in sonography to produce images of
fetuses while still in the human womb. It is also
used for many applications other than pregnancy
ultrasound.
It is used for breast ultrasound in
the detection of possibly cancerous lesions in breasts.
Medical ultrasounds show organs within the human body and
can be used to detect problems within these organs. A
live ultrasound is one of the common methods used in
pregnancies; in this the mother can see her fetal baby
moving.
Ultrasound machines allow us into a world
we would not otherwise be able to see and are a valuable
tool in the medical field.
